National Sales Director
Assist General Manager in developing sales strategy and programs to meet the company’s overall mission, vision and long-term business objectives.
Responsible for sales forecasting; establish product mix and objectives for sales volume, market share and business expansion.
Adjust sales strategy and plans to adapt to a changing and competitive market so that the sales revenues are maximized.
Monitor the overall marketing budget; keep an eye on the costs and benefits of marketing activities to optimize the placement of resources and fees.
Establish and maintain good relations with outside companies to ensure the optimization of sales channels.
Guide, coach, assess and develop sales teams to achieve established sales and profit targets.
Bachelor or above degrees in marketing or related majors;
At least three years or above working experience as a national sales director in a foreign enterprise, and with great performance;
With strong ability in analyzing sales market, and in marketing and promoting;
Good communication, coordination, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English.
