Brand training management• Organize brand training in region• Ensure alignment between brand, medical and FF training in region• Support and coach MSL/PSM in delivery of brand training in region• Define and provide assessment of training effectiveness • Learn from best in class practices and constantly drive improvements• Support BU sales capability/training manager on training plan Capabilities assessment• Conduct field visits, run internal/external customers surveys to assess level of capabilities and brand knowledge across areas/districts• Feedback to BU sales capability/training manager to ensure training plans in place Cycle meetings coordination: Work with BU sales capability/training manager to define cycle meetings content and ensure adequate material is put in place Sales Automation support : • Ensure adequate knowledge and use in FF of sales automation tools through on board training and coaching in field• Drive Siebel implementation within region through training and coaching Sales capabilities projects: drive implementation of capabilities projects in regionEducation: Major in business/social sciencesExperience: Sales mgt (1+ years)Training experience a strong plusMarketing experience a plusLanguages: Mandarin and working English skills
