Distribut management including: - Select recommend qualified distributs; - Evaluate improve distribut perfmance; - Smoothly hle the termination with distributs; - Timely accurately collect sales inventy data distributs provide suggestions to division management committee; - Make implement proper commercial policy; - Manage hle channel conflicts when necessary; - Organize distribut meeting training; 3. Lead the management of distribut contract/agreement, rebate other commercial letters/documents; 4. Take a leading role in division related government tender projects to suppt relevant SBAs to win tender at favable price; 5. Manage, coach develop the Commercial team.Education Required: - Bachel’s degree above. - Medical pharmaceutical background is preferred. Experience/Knowledge Required: - Overall 10 years above experience; - At least 5 years’ experience of managing regional level sales commercial team with feign-invested medical device companies;; - Channel management experience is essential; - Strong communication skills.
